Study Programs

RIC Bali Jembrana offers Basic Level (1 Year Program), Middle Level (2 Years Program), and Short Course Program to prepare participants to become job-ready professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Housekeeping

Basic Level / 1 Year Program

The Housekeeping Program (Basic Level / 1 Year Program) is designed to equip participants with fundamental skills in maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas in a hotel. Participants will learn international standards for room setup, use of cleaning equipment, linen management, and basic communication techniques with guests. This program is ideal for aspiring professionals who wish to pursue a career as a room attendant or housekeeping staff in the hospitality industry.

Food & Beverage (FB) Service

Basic Level / 1 Year Program

The FB Service Program (Basic Level / 1 Year Program) provides a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and cafés. Participants will be trained in basic service techniques, table setup, food and beverage presentation, and proper service etiquette. Through a combination of practical and theoretical approaches, participants are prepared to become professional waiters/waitresses who are able to deliver the best experience for every guest.

Culinary

Basic Level / 1 Year Program

The Culinary Program (Basic Level / 1 Year Program) is designed to train participants in the fundamentals of professional cooking techniques in accordance with industry standards. Participants will learn kitchen knowledge, food preparation, cutting techniques, cleanliness and sanitation control, and various cooking methods. This program prepares participants to become competent aspiring cooks or kitchen staff ready to work in various culinary fields such as hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships.

Room Division (Housekeeping & Front Office)

Middle Level / 2 Years Program

The Room Division Program (Middle Level / 2 Years Program) is designed to produce professionals with in-depth competencies in Housekeeping and Front Office operations. Participants will learn five-star hotel operational standards, guest service techniques, room management, linen handling, and the use of modern reception and administrative systems. This program prepares graduates to take on entry-level supervisory positions in hotels and other accommodation industries.

FB Division (FB Service & Culinary)

Middle Level / 2 Years Program

The FB Division (Middle Level / 2 Years Program) Program is an integrated training program that combines competencies in Food & Beverage Service and Culinary. Participants will learn intermediate food service techniques, table manners, basic barista skills, basic bartending (non-alcoholic if required), as well as international cooking techniques. This program aims to prepare skilled professionals who are ready to be placed in operational or entry-level supervisory positions in restaurants, cafés, hotels, and the culinary industry.

Barista

Short Course Program

The Basic Barista Short Course (Entry Level) is designed to produce skilled individuals ready to step into the dynamic coffee industry. Participants will learn the fundamentals of coffee beans, equipment operation, precision espresso techniques, milk steaming and microfoam creation, basic latte art, and professional barista workflows through hands-on beverage making simulations. This program prepares graduates with the essential practical skills needed to confidently start their career as a barista in coffee shops and cafes.
